For the last few weeks we've been posting samples of our RedXRay outputs --a morning report that I receive daily showing me who's at risk over the last 24 hours.
This is a highly simplified, quick scan means of identifying which companies might need help. From a supply chain perspective, I dumped the accounts payable companies from client's ERP systems and run the portfolio. Every day I get a notice (I don't publish that here).
