The Israeli Embassy in Senegal is heavily promoting cyber security training and solutions.  The area targeted is The Sahel area of West Africa.  Many believe this is for economic as well as national security efforts for the State of Israel.  The Sahel area of Africa is a cross road for both cyber and physical security concerns for Israel.  These country sponsors events and cyber assistance shows how nations intertwine economic growth with their own national security interests.  This information is being supplied for your situational awareness.
