On 18 August 2016, Wapack Labs
identified a Twitter post that reported Twitter’s suspension of more than
250,000 accounts for suspected terrorist promotion. This is a continuing and cooperative effort
to curtail violent extremism and terroristic messaging/recruitment. Social media providers often work with law
enforcement in an attempt to identify bad actors. We are providing this information for your situational
awareness.
